Responsibilities
You will report to the Manager. Your job responsibilities shall cover:
Manage outsourced vendors to ensure media assets are maintained in optimal and serviceable condition to support advertising operations.Oversee execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring contractors meet agreed timelines and service standards. Monitor asset uptime and performance KPIs, driving timely resolution of faults to minimise downtime. Track and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and continuous service improvement.Coordinate and resolve internal and external feedback related to media assets with relevant stakeholders.
