Job Description
Role Purpose
Manage operations and develop mold cost, quality, asset effectiveness, delivery, safety, morale, innovation targets to meet global customer request and to achieve mold manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion process control and change management efforts to adapt to upstream and downstream operations changes, drive improvement to process capability and mitigate resultant process variation in own department.
