Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are properly scheduled, documented, and compliant with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
Support the Operations Delivery Lead with PPM programme delivery.
Assist with technical compliance processes including recording, tracking, and ensuring completion of remedial actions.
Support the Asset Manager with maintaining Asset Registers 
Assist with compliance documentation and ensure records are accurately maintained.
Act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders including WPSM, GPA Helpdesk, KAN, ISS Helpdesk, site teams and subcontractors.
Support communication workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
