Operational Excellence Advisor (Tultitlan)

The Operational Excellence advisor receives and attends to the improvement of the stores with the use of the Salesforce CRM that allows the registration of the dealers' results and the level of execution of basic practices. The Operational Excellence advisor assists dealers, dealership team and internal areas on results, improvements, store visits, training and role play that allow greater involvement and understanding regarding the model.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Tultitlan and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Improve stores.
- Enhancements to the portal
- Salesforce CRM - Commercial structure.
- Implement NPS - QR measurement in the stores (Basic Practices).
- Ensure that each store implements a new NPS measurement project.
- Power BI dashboards for results
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, relevant MKT qualifications or direct work experience in the field
