Operational Excellence Engineer

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Operational Excellence Engineer is to optimize work process, systems, and human and material resources using qualitative and quantitative skills to minimize organization’s cost and maximize its profit. Along with Manufacturing Operations team, executes projects that represent improvements to internal and external organizations. Contributes with cross-functional team in the manufacturing organization and conducts projects across departments to improve the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering
• Over 1-2 years experience in handling/leading Continuous Improvement projects and/or Goal Alignment in an FMCG company
• Experience in Business Process Improvements and Internal Audit
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
