Operational Risks & Compliance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization's Enterprise Operational Risk Management Framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks across business operations, service delivery, workforce, information security, finance, supply chain, compliance, and business continuity.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present risk dashboards, heat maps, governance scorecards, and executive risk reports, escalating critical risks to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, client contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal policies and governance requirements.
