Job Description
Responsibilities: Assist supervisor on daily operation activities. Answer phones and respond to client requests and inquiries. Receive customers' requests and take orders. Source spare parts and liaise with suppliers. Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers and suppliers. Create billing and invoicing for customers. Keep track of inventory and ordering supplies. File all related documents in a proper and systematic manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 'N' level or equivalent. Good knowledge of MS office. Can work overtime when required (mostly during month-end/year-end closing period). Positive attitude and customer-oriented. Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates. Singaporeans only.
