As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for
Execute and settle trades in Fixed Income and Equity markets, ensuring smooth transaction processing.Perform timely reconciliation of positions and cash balances across internal systems, custodians, and counterparties.Collaborate with front office teams and external partners to investigate and resolve trade discrepancies.Monitor operational risks and support process improvements to strengthen trade settlement efficiency.What you'll need to succeed
