Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a dual-role position encompassing responsibilities as UPS Operations Coordinator and Operations Coordinator for Cargo Product. The role requires strong multitasking ability, adaptability across both UPS courier operations and broader air, sea, and land cargo coordination.
UPS Operations Responsibilities
Import Operations
- Manage and process customs import manifests for N'Djamena, Chad, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Process shipment arrivals in the UPS system and update government hold exceptions accordingly.
- Coordinate with the customs broker team at N'Djamena Airport for clearance and management of held shipments in line with each manifest.
- Liaise with the customs broker team and Move One warehouse to facilitate trucking of MAWBs between N'Djamena Airport and the N'Djamena office.
