Job Description

Operations Enablement Manager 
Lead and expand an internal program that strengthens education, empowerment, and professional development for all employees within the Supply Chain Centre
Key responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end training and enablement strategy across Supply Chain and Customer Service Centre.
Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted technical and leadership pathways
Lead and evolve the SEED Program (Supporting, Educating, Empowering, Developing)
Drive adoption of modern digital learning tools and LMS platforms
Manage and coach a small team of Enablement Specialists
Partner with senior leaders, HR and Talent to embed a strong learning culture
Track effectiveness through dashboards, KPIs and reporting
