About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Operations Engineer to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of our Private Cloud, Cloud Management Platform, and Big Data environments .
You will play a key role in maintaining production systems and supporting long-term operational success.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Contract: 3–5 Years

Languages: Spanish (Working fluency), English (Technical reading & basic communication)
Reports To: On-site Project Manager / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor systems (24/7 environment), manage alerts, backups, and access control.
- Resolve Level 1 & Level 2 support tickets.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
