Role Summary
The Operations Excellence professional is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant/organisation. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing losses, strengthening processes, developing SOPs, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.

Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lean & Continuous Improvement
Implement Lean tools (5 S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Waste Reduction). Lead CI projects to improve OEE, throughput, quality, and cycle time.2. Process Excellence
