Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own the labour planning strategy across all UAE warehouse operations, ensuring optimal deployment of manpower to meet operational demand while minimizing cost.
- Develop and continuously enhance AI‑driven labour planning tools to optimize workforce allocation, scheduling, productivity, and operational performance.
- Design and maintain manpower planning models capable of managing complex warehouse operations consisting of 30+ operational roles and multiple cross‑training requirements.
- Analyse operational performance to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, labour waste, idle hours, and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Develop strategies to balance labour capacity across multiple warehouse locations while maintaining service levels and minimizing overtime and operational cost.
