Job Description
Areas of Responsibility & Job Description
1. Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of assigned.
2. Coordinate vessel scheduling, monitor real-time vessel movements, and continuously optimize operational efficiency.
3. Supervise and liaise with captains and relevant ship management teams to enhance vessel maintenance standards and overall management performance.
4. Ensure prompt collection of accounts receivable and manage demurrage claims efficiently to minimize financial risks.
5. Identify and report potential risk items in daily operations to the management promptly.
6. Participate in vessel emergency response and rescue operations as required.
7. Coordinate and resolve maritime disputes, and manage the entire claim settlement process professionally.
8. Collaborate with the Chartering Manager to maintain key client relationships.
9. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Director.
