Operations First Line Supervisor III

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Operations First Line Supervisor III in the Oil and Gas Sector in Cold Lake, Alberta.

Position Type: 12 months contract, 5 days on / 2 days off. Total rewards: $98.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel, may include coordination of contractors, to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable operations in assigned operating units (fields, plants, manufacturing, terminaling, pipelines, warehousing, offices, etc.). Demonstrates applicable Operations and Maintenance skills and leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups.
• Working with professional organizations (CTCC) to assess training needs and deliver training programs for all staff; on‑site supervision and coaching of the production team.
