About the role
smartNsales is building the leading B2B platform connecting FMCG brands with markets. We're a fast-moving team and we need someone to own the operational backbone of the company. This is a broad, hands‑on role spanning marketplace operations, finance, HR, IT, and general admin across multiple entities.
What you’ll own
Marketplace Operations
- Process retailer payouts (Stripe settlements)
- Support onboarding of new marketplace locations
- First‑line support for field issues
- Monitor platform activity and flag anomalies
Finance & Accounting
- Manage creditors and debtors
- Responsible for bank payments
- Process intercompany invoices across entities
- Support month‑end close and fiduciary handover
