• Provide strategic site-level leadership, overseeing daily warehouse workflows, facility layout optimization, and the integration of automation technologies.
• Drive aggressive cost and spend management, rigorously reviewing overtime costs, third-party expenses, and sourcing more cost-effective operational alternatives.
• Serve as the key commercial and operational contact for the customer, supporting the Senior Manager/Sales in contract renewals and scope expansions.
• Lead the deployment of Lean Six Sigma projects and digital transformation initiatives to continuously improve productivity and service standards.
