Operations Manager

The ideal candidate should have strong technical product knowledge, underwriting coordination experience, and the ability to manage complex client requirements across the end-to-end policy lifecycle.

The candidate should:

• Have strong experience handling high-value life insurance policies for affluent/HNW clients
• Possess excellent understanding of life insurance products, underwriting, compliance, and onboarding processes
• Should be able to negotiate terms for international advisory life insurance operations.
• Be confident in managing relationships with advisors, partners, insurers, underwriters, and clients
• Have experience coordinating complex applications, KYC reviews, risk assessments, and claims management
• Be capable of providing consultative support to advisors and clients on policy structures, coverage, and enhancements
