Operations Manager – Sudbury, ON
Eastlink is seeking an Operations Manager to coach, lead and support experienced in‑field technical teams based in Sudbury, ON. The role requires residing locally or willingness to relocate.
Reporting
Reports to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to a skilled in‑field technical team.
- Accountable for employee development and coaching technicians in the field.
- Identify opportunities to increase team efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on customer experience.
- Leverage reporting to contribute positively to performance metrics and Customer Experience Score (CES).
- Foster a safety‑first culture and ensure the team has knowledge and resources to achieve goals.
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
