Job Description
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management with strong insurance knowledge.
- 5+ years’ experience in a Life Insurance contact centre, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
