Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Inventory Management roles, preferably within skincare, beauty, retail, or consumer products industries.
  • Proven experience managing suppliers, inventory planning, logistics, and operational processes.
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships in China and overseeing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Experience with e-commerce and retail operations.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
