Job Description
Well established Manufacturer in the Northamptonshire area are currently looking for a Operations Manager to join the team and drive managerial team as well as implement best practice on the shopfloor.
Reporting into the General Manager; you will be a strong communicator and will be a key advocate for Engagement with internal stakeholders, the workforce & external stakeholders. You will be a key ambassador for Quality, Health & safety, Your People, Cost & Delivery. You will be a key part of driving cultural change on site & driving positive change within the Production team.
