Overview
***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
Under the supervision of the Deputy Task Order Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the DTO Manager with the day‑to‑day operational execution of all LOGCAP Program functions at the assigned location, supervising and providing leadership to assigned personnel, and having responsibility for problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of LOGCAP functions across the site. The Operations Manager must demonstrate exemplary management and leadership capabilities, especially in the areas of collaboration, team building, talent development, fiscal and human resources management, and process improvement. On behalf of the Department Manager, the Operations Manager will also interface directly with the Customer for mission accomplishment and problem resolution.
