Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full order fulfillment flow from endorsed PO to dispatch and delivery.
• Supervise MIS coordination, inventory control, warehouse operations, and dispatch scheduling.
• Set and monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and backlog levels.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues like stock variances, delayed dispatches, incomplete documents, and process bottlenecks.
• Build and enforce SOPs for order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and delivery reporting.
• Lead manpower planning, workload balancing, and cross-functional coordination with sales and finance teams.
• Drive process improvement and automation using ERP tools, dashboards, and better internal controls.
