Job Description
A well-established and rapidly growing structural engineering consultancy operating across London, Kent, and Essex is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team in Sevenoaks. They deliver innovative, technically rigorous engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects — from residential and commercial new-builds to complex industrial and infrastructure schemes.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the engineering operations, ensuring that the companies’ people, processes, systems, and facilities operate smoothly and efficiently so that the engineering team can focus on delivering excellent work for clients.
