Job Description – Operations Manager (Treasury Management Technical Support)

Summary

The TM Technical Support Operations Manager shall be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Treasury Management technical support operations, ensuring service excellence, compliance, risk mitigation, and achievement of business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are complex and require extensive knowledge of company and/or department procedures.
• Oversees daily operations for Treasury Management technical support teams.
• Drives performance against SLAs, KPIs, customer experience, and compliance requirements.
• Manages team leaders, quality, training, and support functions.
