Job Description
We are currently searching for one experienced Operations Manager. This position is critical to the daily operations of our business. The major responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating business operations
- Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
- Allocating resources and coordinating activities across departments
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulations
- Preparing reports and advising senior management on operational performance
- Resolving operational issues and implementing improvements
- Participating in business planning and strategic decision-making
