- Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Analysis of various chargeback scenarios and processing of Chargeback requests
- Handle inquiries and follow up with relevant parties regarding dispute matters
- Perform fulfilment and processing tasks as part of BAU
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors
- Support other products and ad-hoc tasks within Operations where required
- Possess a recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with eye for detail and quality
- Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google suite applications
