Operations Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyse and respond to delivery time requests for Enflex machines and Retrofits, taking into consideration the customer’s needs and the existing resources capacity;
• Definition and follow-up of milestones in the different stages of the projects, agreeing with the supervisors of the different involved areas the necessary actions to meet the deadlines;
• Introduce and maintain planned dates in the company’s ERP system;
• Lead the Enflex S&OP (Sales & Operations) meetings;
• Analyse inventory levels minimising technical and financial obsolescence;
• Ensure the continuous improvement in the Enflex and Retrofit Value Streams processes, in closecooperation with the Process Engineer. Special focus on improving the assembly processes by applying LEAN Manufacturing standards;
• Administrative task linked to the department activity (quotations, purchase requests, etc.).
