Operations & Settlement/Client Onboarding (AVP – VP) (Based in Singapore)

• Have oversight and ownership of the full middle to back office operational flow
• Provide quality post execution support to institutional clients for trade settlement
• Manage settlement fails with exchange and clients
• Follow up on post-settlement exceptions and reconciliation
• Support institutional account opening, maintenance and client data quality management
• Balance tight control requirements with the service demand of internal clients/partners
• Support and execute on-going project initiatives, including new regulatory requirements, new products and new business markets.

Requirements

• 3-8 years’ experience
• Service orientation, sense of urgency, ability to manage internal stakeholders expectations
• Excel in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
