Operations Supervisor

Our client is seeking an Operations Field Supervisor with experience in construction dewatering and bypass pumping systems. This position will coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure system installations are completed safely and as per design/contract. Main responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the direction, implementation, execution, control and completion of awarded projects while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The health and safety of employees, clients and property is a key aspect of this job.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Interact with engineers, clients, consultants, government agencies.
• Visit job sites to review their dewatering/by-pass requirements.
