ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manages Ocean carrier relationships.

Leads and manages Ocean contract negotiations for the service scope responsibility identified and supports managers for other areas as needed.

Completes monthly trend analysis.

Participates in client QBRs with CWW clients as needed

Supports Inside sales/bid/RFQ team

Conducts Market Intelligence reporting

Leads analytics, metrics and reporting needs and improvements for the Ocean Product Management team

Reviews service contract amendments

Submits all contracts and amendments once signed or approved

Maintains CWW Rate Matrix

Participates in problem resolution discussions as needed by local station...
