Job Description
Operations Support Assistant – Towner Gardens School Client / Student Care (Special-to-type cleaning)
- Clean students who soil themselves
- Clean soiled area
- Manage students' lost-and-found corner
- Open and close the school General Office
- Cover school security duties during Security Officer's lunch‑break
- Upkeep sensitive areas (e.g. General Office and P/VP rooms)
- Man the school during weekend maintenance/repair works
- Maintain notice‑boards
- Oversee sorting and storage of school materials and resources
- Store, shift and maintain school furniture (e.g. tables, desks and chairs)
- Assist to respond to fire alarms/incidents (e.g. as fire wardens)
- Maintain cleanliness of MINDS school van/mini‑bus (where applicable)
- Help students safely alight and board buses and accompany them to the holding area upon arrival at the school
