This position focuses on assisting in the design, creation, and refinement of training resources, while contributing to the continuous improvement of learning content and overall training effectiveness within the organization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Design and Development Support: Assist in developing structured learning materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, training videos, process guides) based on provided outline.
