Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and configure automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer and bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specs and material type.
- Monitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment.
- Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure product meets quality standard.
- Perform routine cleaning and follow the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Identify and elevate mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman or maintenance team.
