Operations is tasked with ensuring we can align ourselves organizationally to help drive these expansion initiatives while at the same time ensuring we manage day to day controls in a robust manner, paying particular attention to the complex regulatory environment.
The MSS Operations Manager role is to lead a number of teams of processors and/or checkers to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects,according standards, regulatory compliance and quality controls.
This is a key role in the day to day work of the Back Office.
This GCB5 role is a key part of the control and supervision frameworkIn Mexico, the MSS business lines of FX, Securities and Derivatives are supported by an Operations team.
