Job Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Location: Hyderabad 2-6 years of experience working in Oracle HCM Fusion Minimum one full implementation cycle experience with Core HCM. Hands-on experience with all setup areas of Core HCM Understanding of security roles, security profiles, and role customizations Familiarity with building OTBI reports for HCM Familiarity with at least two of the following modules: Absence Management Talent Management Benefits Payroll Compensation Time and Labor ORC / Taleo OLC Requirements Excellent Communication both verbal & written.
