About the job Oracle HCM Product Support
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Included, but not limited to:
- Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance and product support of existing Oracle HCM Products.
- Design, develop, test and provide production support following Albertsons standards and guidelines.
- Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
- Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Manager.
- Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
- Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
