• Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio, creating autonomous agents for recruitment screening, onboarding orchestration, and talent advisory.
• Leverage Oracle Generative AI Service to build context‑aware HR assistants, smart nudges, and predictive analytics dashboards.
• Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Fusion HCM for conversational AI interfaces, chatbots for employee self‑service, manager actions, and approvals.
• Configure AI‑powered features such as Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM‑Communicate.
