Key Responsibilities
Design and Implementation: Lead the configuration of Oracle Workforce Scheduling, creating shift libraries, work patterns, and scheduling templates.
System Optimization: Analyze business processes to improve efficiency, such as automating shift swapping, managing employee self-scheduling, and reducing manual scheduling efforts.
Compliance & Rules Management: Configure rules for labor laws, union regulations, seniority, fatigue management, and required certifications.
