About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Order Processing to support our customers and sales representatives. This is not a high‑volume call center role. Instead, you’ll handle custom orders and client‑specific questions, often collaborating with internal teams such as Engineering and Warehouse to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives, focusing on data entry and system navigation while learning NORD’s products, processes, and systems.
