About the Role
:As an Operational Risk Policy Governance Analyst at Swiss Re, you will play a pivotal role inbuilding and shaping a central second line of defence (2LoD) policy governance capability forselected operational risks — including emerging and evolving areas such as AI, DataManagement, and Records Management. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the designof clear, consistent, and effective policy frameworks that drive sustainable governance across theorganisation. You will work closely with first line teams and subject matter experts, bringingstructure, rigour, and insight to the full policy lifecycle — from architecture and guardrails throughto approvals, periodic review, and continuous improvement.
