Outside Sales Representative

Sales Responsibilities

• Regular travel will be required to properly support this rural Manitoba territory (Winnipeg & Surrounding Communities) and grow our business from both new and existing customers
• Able to address customer, vendor, and inside sales representative calls and concerns
• Recommend products to customers for specific applications
• Enter orders via email, fax, mail, phone, E.D.I., POINT app and our online ordering system
• Communicate orders to the inside sales team via email, fax, mail, phone, E.D.I., POINT app and our online ordering system
• Work with the team in shipping to expedite rush orders and provide delivery information to customers
• Work with the team in customer service and the warehouse to ensure product accuracy
• Problem solve customer complaints and concerns
• Facilitate beneficial solutions for all parties
