Job Description

We are currently looking for an Overnight CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam for our facility located in New Baltimore, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision machining, a high level of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a team environment while seeking long-term employment. This role requires versatility and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop CNC programs for a variety of machines.
Establish appropriate machining methods and tool sequences.
Conduct machine cycle time studies.
Collaborate with the quality department and machine operators to ensure high-quality parts.
Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
Program complex parts based on blueprints.
Assist machinists with setup, part issues, and inspection.
Create tool sheets and setup instructions for each CNC program.
