Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Oversight Electrical Engineer IV in the Oil and Gas Sector. The role is location-based in Calgary, Alberta (or Edmonton, AB) and operates under a hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office; Wednesday and Friday at home. The engineer will oversee engineering and design aspects of utility‑scale solar and wind projects in the USA and Canada, reviewing and managing EPC contractor’s engineering packages (IFR and IFC) and ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards and interconnection regulations. Responsibilities include evaluating high‑voltage (HV) substation and PV/Wind plant designs, overseeing interconnection studies, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Compensation is $90.00 hourly for a 1‑year contract position.
