Job Summary
The Senior P3 Project (Design) Lead is responsible for managing and leading the design team for P3 (Public-Private Partnership) projects in the Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) model. The Senior P3 Project Lead will play a critical role in overseeing the pursuit submission process for new projects and, if successful, the implementation stage of healthcare facilities.
The position requires a strong background in healthcare architecture and extensive experience managing P3/AFP projects from pursuit through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design team for P3 projects pursued by our firm with Infrastructure Ontario, managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for the design team.
