Responsibilities:
The Packaging Process Engineer plays a critical, hands-on role in supporting Engineering and Operations within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical packaging environment. This position is heavily focused on packaging equipment performance, integration, and optimization across labeling, cartoning, serialization, and syringe assembly operations. The engineer will work directly on the production floor to troubleshoot equipment, improve line efficiency, and support new product introductions. This is a client-facing role with responsibility to lead Commercial Technology Transfer activities and must be % present, on-site, at the Allentown facility.
