Paint Prepper + Paint Sprayer - Nights

My client, a reputable engineering company in Witham, Essex is looking for a dedicated Paint Prepper and a dedicated Paint Sprayer to join their night shift team on a permanent basis.

4 Days a week - Monday to Thursday 4.30pm - 3.30am

Salary offered is £37 - £41k + 20% shift allowance (depending on experience). Full PPE will be provided along with excellent company benefits.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing raw carbon fibre and other surfaces to a high standard, ensuring readiness for lacquering.
• Handling primed and unprimed carbon fibre parts, including sanding and blocking of clear primer for a flawless finish.
• Operating the Aquablaster when required, maintaining surface quality.
