The Painter ensures all guest rooms public areas recreation facilities and backofhouse spaces reflect the immaculate presentation expected of a luxury Fairmont property. Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting of guest rooms public areas back-of-house and offices
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning sanding scraping filling cracks and applying primers
- Mix match and apply paints varnishes stains and coatings as required
- Carry out touch-ups and minor repairs to walls ceilings woodwork and metal surfaces
