Job Description
Job Summary Reporting to the Manager, Crew Planning, the Pairing Analyst is responsible for creating and analyzing all monthly pairings packages for both fleet types and all positions. They will work closely with Crew Optimization Analyst, multiple levels of management and liaise with Network Planning to discuss opportunities for improved efficiency while ensuring compliance with Company policies, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and Fatigue Risk Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and optimize monthly crew pairings based on the commercial schedule, company policies and Canadian Aviation Regulations using pairing optimization software
Create reports identifying areas of improvement for efficiency and cost savings and present them to the Manager, Crew Planning for consideration
Track and maintain hotel cost comparisons for multiple pairing options
